Mike DiFabbio
Mike grew up in Steubenville, Ohio and earned a marketing degree from Walsh University while competing on the university's golf team. In 2009, he moved to Las Vegas to begin his career in commercial landscape. Starting in the field gave him a deep appreciation for the work and the people who drive the industry every day.
Under his leadership, the company became one of the main commercial maintenance providers in Las Vegas. That experience fueled his entrepreneurial drive and ultimately led him to Phoenix as a partner at Encore Landscape Management, where he focuses on growth, culture and building great teams.
Mike is active in the commercial real estate community, having served with BOMA, NAIOP and IREM. He is also a member of YPO, EAGP and PCH 50, a group that advocates for and supports Phoenix Children's Hospital. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his wife Jill and their children, Joey and Ally, and still makes time for games, golf and tennis.
