Turf Conversion Rebates

Rebates and incentives for converting turf to water-efficient landscaping in Arizona and Southern Nevada.

Why convert

Water-smart landscapes

Many cities and water agencies in Arizona and Southern Nevada pay commercial properties to replace thirsty turf with water-efficient landscaping. We have gathered the programs below, with links to each provider, so you can see what your property may qualify for.

  • Desert-adapted plants need far less water than grass in our climate.
  • Less mowing, edging and overseeding means lower routine maintenance.
  • A well-designed desert landscape stays attractive through the summer heat.
  • Rebates can offset a meaningful share of the project cost.
