Mike grew up in Steubenville, Ohio and earned a marketing degree from Walsh University while competing on the university’s golf team. In 2009, he moved to Las Vegas to begin his career in commercial landscape, starting in the field gave him a deep appreciation for the work and people who drive the industry every day. Under his leadership, the company became one of the main commercial maintenance providers in Las Vegas. That experience fueled his entrepreneurial drive and ultimately led him to Phoenix as a partner at Encore Landscape Management, where he focuses on growth, culture, and building great teams.
Mike is active in the commercial real estate community, having served with BOMA, NAIOP, and IREM. He is also a member of YPO, EAGP, and PCH 50, which is a group that advocates and supports Phoenix Children’s Hospital.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife Jill and their children, Joey and Ally. As a lifelong sports nut, he still makes time to attend games and loves to play golf and tennis whenever he can.
